Customized or tailor‑made items—including pre‑stitched blouses, blouse stitching, and added falls or picots—are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

What qualifies as a manufacturing defect, and how do I report a damaged product?

Handwoven sarees may have minor irregularities in weave or color—these are not considered defects. However, if you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, email info@indiansilkhouse.com within 24–48 hours with photos and your order ID. They’ll arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund—handling charges will be covered by them in such cases.
