Items must be unused and in original condition. A reverse pickup will be arranged; a ₹200 shipping charge is deducted upon refund or exchange, and credit is issued as a website credit note

Do you offer exchanges or refunds on customized items (like stitched blouses or blouse stitching)?

Customized or tailor‑made items—including pre‑stitched blouses, blouse stitching, and added falls or picots—are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

What qualifies as a manufacturing defect, and how do I report a damaged product?

Handwoven sarees may have minor irregularities in weave or color—these are not considered defects. However, if you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, email info@indiansilkhouse.com within 24–48 hours with photos and your order ID. They’ll arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund—handling charges will be covered by them in such cases.

All the sarees with an unstitched blouse piece can be customized as per your chosen design & measurement. Apart from our standard designs you can also go for designer blouse making to give your saree an enhanced look by sending us an email. Please go to our Measurement section after completion of your order and submit your measurement with your order ID. Please do not send the info without a successful order. Falls and edging comes complimentary for the paid orders and for CASH ON DELIVERY orders we do not provide falls and edging. Once Falls and Edging is done on a saree we do not honour any exchange or return request.Netting on the back side of the pallu and border can be done to protect from threads coming off on payment of extra charge. The products that require netting will only show netting option.

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world and our shipping partners are DTDC, DHL and Delhivery.However Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
